- Jetlost is a travel service provider offering organized day trips to mystery destinations in Europe, as well as special multi-day trips.

- These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Jetlost website and your participation in any trip or service offered by Jetlost.

2. Booking and Payment

- Booking Process: To book a trip, you must complete the booking form on our website and provide accurate personal information.

- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments through credit/debit cards and other payment methods available on our website.

- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

- Customer Cancellations: All bookings are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, in some exceptional cases, you may be offered the opportunity to reschedule for a future trip, subject to availability and an additional fee.

- Jetlost Cancellations: If Jetlost cancels the trip for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, or you can choose to reschedule the trip for a future date at no additional cost.

4. Flight Delays and Cancellations

- If your flight is significantly delayed, Jetlost will do its best to adapt the itinerary to ensure you still have a great experience. However, we cannot guarantee the full planned itinerary in cases of long delays.In extreme cases where the delay makes the trip impractical, you will be given the option to reschedule for a future trip or receive a partial refund.

- In the event of a flight cancellation, Jetlost will arrange an alternative solution. If this is not possible, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to rebook for another date.

5. Changes to Your Booking

- Jetlost reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, schedule, or destination due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, safety concerns, or flight availability. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements where feasible.

6. Travel Requirements


- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events, such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Jetlost does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for any costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Health and Safety

- By booking a trip with Jetlost, you confirm that you are in good health and fit to travel. It is your responsibility to inform Jetlost of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.

- Jetlost is not liable for any health issues, accidents, or injuries that occur during the trip. We recommend that you carry any necessary medications and travel with appropriate insurance coverage.

8. Use of Photos and VideosBy participating in a Jetlost trip, you agree that Jetlost has the right to take photos and videos during the trip. These images may be used for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, and other media. - Jetlost is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience that occurs during your trip. This includes but is not limited to cancellations, delays, missed connections, or changes in travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances.

- While we do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, Jetlost is not liable for the actions of third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or other partners.
