What is Jetlost?

Jetlost is a platform that organizes one-day trips to mystery destinations in Europe as well as special multi-day adventures. Our trips are designed for those looking for a unique, spontaneous travel experience without the need for long planning.

How does a trip with Jetlost work?

After booking, you will receive the time and meeting point at the airport. On the day of the trip, you’ll discover your destination by opening a mystery envelope just before boarding. From there, you’ll enjoy a day or a special adventure worry-free: we take care of everything.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 10 days in advance to guarantee availability, but also because the earlier you book, the lower the price. The first ticket release is the most affordable; the price inevitably increases as the departure date approaches and as flight costs rise.

What happens if I miss my flight?

If you miss your flight, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or automatic rescheduling. However, we will do our best to assist you and find an alternative solution, depending on the availability of later flights.

What’s included in the trip?

- Round-trip flight tickets.
- A curated daily itinerary with activities and local experiences.
- Recommendations for restaurants (not included in the price).

For multi-day trips and special editions: accommodation, tickets for specific events or experiences (e.g., football matches, concerts, fashion shows) & more.

Note: For one-day trips, local transportation is not included. We will indicate precisely what is included for each date, especially for special editions and multi-day trips.

Do I need a visa to participate in the trips?

If you miss your flight, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or automatic rescheduling. However, we will do our best to assist you and find an alternative solution, depending on the availability of later flights.

What documents do I need?

The only necessary document is a valid passport and any required visas.

What if the trip is canceled by Jetlost?

In case we need to cancel the trip for any reason, we will offer you the choice between a full refund or rescheduling the trip.

What happens if the flight is canceled or significantly delayed?

In the event of a flight cancellation or a significant delay, we will handle the situation on your behalf. If the flight is canceled, we will offer you the choice between rescheduling the trip for a future date or a full refund. If the delay compromises the trip, we will try to adapt the itinerary or offer alternative solutions to ensure a good experience.

How should I dress for the trip?

For one-day trips to mystery destinations, we will send you an email with clothing recommendations based on the destination. Naturally, the attire will vary if the destination is a sunny beach or a snowy mountain location.

What should I bring with me?

The only mandatory item is your passport. The rest is up to you. We recommend headphones, a power bank for your phone, and a camera if you’re passionate about photography.

Can I travel with friends?

Absolutely! We encourage you to invite any friends. If you book for the same date, you will definitely be included in the same travel group.

What if I don’t like the destination?

We carefully select all destinations to ensure a unique and satisfying experience. However, if you’ve already visited the destination, the element of discovery will be enriched by our exclusive itinerary.

What happens if I get sick during the trip?

We recommend ensuring you have adequate travel insurance before departure, as Jetlost cannot assume responsibility for any medical expenses or emergencies abroad. However, we will provide basic information about local medical facilities to assist you if needed.

Are the destinations safe?

We closely monitor the safety of each destination and make sure to select only safe and welcoming locations for our travelers.

Which airlines do you use for flights?

We mainly work with low-cost airlines such as Ryanair, EasyJet, and WizzAir, which allow us to offer affordable prices and greater flexibility in terms of dates and times. However, for each trip, we carefully evaluate the most suitable solution based on the destination, availability, and quality of service to ensure you have the best possible travel experience.

Can I choose my seat on the plane?

If you wish to have a specific seat, you can indicate it as a preference when booking. Seat selection will have an additional cost, which varies according to the airline used and their rates.

What type of luggage can I bring?

For one-day trips, only hand luggage is included, and in most cases, you won't need additional baggage.
However, for multi-day trips, you can request additional luggage without any issues, with potential additional costs depending on the airline used.
